Not fixed
If anyone affected can find a way to reproduce this with epiphany-3.16.2-2.fc22 or higher, that would be very helpful. So far my best description of this bug is "random crash on startup."
I just tried epiphany-3.16.2-2.fc22.x86_64 and it just crashed on me upon startup.
For me it was on the first Epiphany startup in a Wayland session. Could not reproduce, though. "epiphany-3.16.2-2.fc22.x86_64".
abrt points to this for the crash, I'm not sure how to reproduce it, it happens randomly on application startup webkitgtk4-2.8.5-1.fc22.x86_64 epiphany-3.16.2-2.fc22.x86_64
