Description of problem: The iText 2.1.7-27 library package installed via YUM in Fedora 21 x86_64 only is incomplete and only includes the following text files: /usr/share/doc/itext/MPL-1.1.txt /usr/share/doc/itext/apache_license.txt /usr/share/doc/itext/lgpl.txt /usr/share/doc/itext/misc_licenses.txt While in Fedora 20 x86_64 it also has: /usr/lib64/gcj/itext/itext-2.1.7.jar.db /usr/lib64/gcj/itext/itext-2.1.7.jar.so This is a problem because the packages pdftk and PDF Chain requires a working iText to function. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.1.7-27 How reproducible: Always reproducible Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install package pdftk. 2. Run command pdftk from a terminal. 3. It shows the error: error while loading shared libraries: /usr/lib64/gcj/itext/itext-2.1.7.jar.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Actual results: "error while loading shared libraries: /usr/lib64/gcj/itext/itext-2.1.7.jar.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" Expected results: PDFTK to work Additional info: There is the iText-core package, but it only has the following and no itext-2.1.7.jar.so: /usr/share/doc/itext-core/MPL-1.1.txt /usr/share/doc/itext-core/apache_license.txt /usr/share/doc/itext-core/lgpl.txt /usr/share/doc/itext-core/misc_licenses.txt /usr/share/java/itext.jar /usr/share/maven-metadata/itext.xml /usr/share/maven-poms/JPP-itext.pom
