LBaaS API and Object Model should be improved to account for advanced and complex use cases such as L7 swtching, SSL, HA, etc.

It was determined in bug 1294785 that we do not have a recommended solution for LBaaS v2 deployment in RHEL OSP 7, so closing this one as well.
