Description of problem:

In translator's view, when you change an option, you expect to see the change applied to all the entries. 

However after validation option changed. Only the focused entry was applied, but other entries were still unchanged. You need to click each entry to manually apply  the validation change.

Refresh the page triggered Bug 1215497.

Zanata 3.6.0 (git-server-3.6.0)

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to translation editor
2. Bring up Validation option panel by clicking the validation icon.
3. Change any option

Actual results:
Only the focused entry was changed.

Expected results:
All the shown entries should be changed.
