Please make option to do Live Storage Migration of the storage used by self hosted-engine. Currently this requires a lot of manual steps and outage.

I don't even understand the requirement.
Is the ask to move a storage domain from one backing storage to another?

If so, the answer is no.
We don't support this for any domain, regardless of HE, and don't have any plans to do so in the near future.

In /etc/ovirt-hosted-engine/hosted-engine.conf is configured the storage which will be used for hosted-engine (line storage=XX)

Is it possible to move this from storage A to storage B without outage?

I did some tests and to be on the safe side ALL services and running VMs need to be stopped.
