Closing 3.5.z bug.  This will be resolved in 3.6.0.

Partial fixed this issue, TUI is not slowly on this build, but still display the error messages on TUI.

Tested this bug on following versions:
rhev-hypervisor6-6.7-20150828.0
ovirt-hosted-engine-ha-1.2.6-3.el6ev.noarch

Test steps:
1. installed rhev-hypervisor6-6.7-20150828.0 successful.
2. login TUI configuration
3. switch to "Hosted Engine" TUI menu
4. PXE to setup VM
5. one by one steps setting configuration
6. then the VM has been started:
   Install the OS and shut down or reboot it.
     To continue please make a selection:
       (1)Continue setup - VM installation is complete
       (2)Reboot the VM and restart installation
       (3)Abort setup
       (4)Destroy VM ...
7. you can select 4

Actual results:
1. after step 4, then back to TUI, TUI can switch not slowly, but still display the such error as well. see attachment. 

And we are testing whether can restart HE setup via TUI when failed to connect to broker... will update this trying later.

At least the error is just cosmetic. I suspect it's due to the logging config in ovirt-hosted-engine-ha, but I'll see if we can capture that.

HE deployment on RHEVH6.7 (20150828.0.el6ev). I followed the reproduction steps and failed to get the slowness. 
Works for me on these components:
