Description of problem:
When using version 0.1.103 I receive error 0x8007001b from the Windows 8.1 partitioning tool when trying to manipulate GPT partitions with ovmf.  The problem went away when I went back to 0.1.96.  I did not test with any MBR partitions

Note, 0.1-104 drivers are now built and shipped in the upstream repo:
