Description of problem: extend host update event feature (BZ1157368) so it could be assign for event notification via ovirt-engine-notifier from GUI (seems unable via API for now). we want a mail/snmp/whatever notification for available host update, a sysadmin would be happy. (Double check name in UI and in DB - event_map.) Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.6 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. when BZ1157368 is on_qa/verified try to assign the event for user notification 2. 3. oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue. If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
