This could be related to bug 1224890 - which is tracking an bug in the upgrade logic from 3.4.z to 3.5. That bug is also affectig the upgrade of th enetwork related config.

Otherwise it can be an issue with the udev network rules or the vdsm unified persistence.

We can't reproduce this bug, and the bug has been fixed according to comment 53, so add keyword "OtherQA".
