Doc Text:	In this release, the Parallel Network File System (pNFS) is part of the NFS v4.1 protocol that allows compute clients to access storage devices directly and in parallel. The pNFS cluster consists of MDS(Meta-Data-Server) and DS (Data-Server). The client sends all the read/write requests directly to DS and all other operations are handle by the MDS. pNFS support is now available with nfs-ganesha-2.2.1* packages.

Description of problem:
This bug is to track beloe pNFS related changes - 

 * disable pNFS by default.
 * Use anonymous read/write for pNFS I/O improvements.

I created 6x2 gluster volume and export it via nfs-ganesha . Mount the volume using pnfs protocol on rhel6.7 and rhel 7.1 clients.

I.) ran following sanity tests on pnfs mount :
----------------------------------------------- 
1.)iozone -a 
2.)dbench
3.)fsx
4.)pingpong
5.)dd for very large file
6.)ltp
7.)cthon lock test

Out of these 1.) and 7.) failed on pNFS mount and reported following BZs for the same.

II.) ran gluster operations such as heal, add brick and remove-brick while running I/O's(using iozone) on the mount. All those test were successful.
