Description of problem:
Customers will be naming their appliances in the UI especially in large distributed environments. After entering a new appliance name and clicking on save the UI. Refresh the Settings page and the name is still the old name. Then go into automate or the rails console and look at the miq_server object and look at the name column. You will see that the name still shows 'EVM' or whatever it used to be. Restarting the appliance/application appears to resolve this issue.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.4.0.4

How reproducible:
100%

Actual results:
Name is not changed

Expected results:
Name to at least appear in automate.
