After doing some research on this I've determined that this is working as expected. The Chargeback reports were originally designed to allow for reporting on only 1 day, 1 week or 1 month ending with the relative number of days, weeks or months back. I the reported case the expected result should be a report showing 1 day's worth of data ending 3 days ago (3 days back from the current date on which the report is run). This logic has been place since it was originally developed in 2010.

If a date range is required it can be done as an enhancement to the existing functionality.

Gregg,

In 5.3,the chargeback filter has these options:

'Daily ending with' and 'going back'.So,with these 2 options,a date range can be specified.

With these selections, the chargeback report contains data from Aug 3 to
July 31,2015.

'Daily ending with' - Today(partial)
'going back' - 4 days

In 5.4,chargeback filter only has the 'daily ending with' option.I'd like to know why the 'going back' option has been removed in 5.4.

Please let me know if you need access to my appliances for further investigation.

-Nandini
