I think we're still shipping kdewebdev-3.x (owner of klinkstatus), so this should stay in kde-i18n and be omitted from kde-l10n

I have added two attachments, because I think I have the same problem, but with a few more languages, beside the French language.

The log of removed packages is the history of trying to clean up the errors I got when I tried to install the packages the first time, but that did not resolve all errors I got.

I know, there should be one LOCALE on a system, but it can be useful when you work in different languages and with different keyboard-layouts.
