Please provider reproduction steps
Hi Pete, Setup a service and configure the service quota so the request is rejected. Goto the service request page and select the failed service which will bring you to the request detail page. You'll notice the reason field has a value of "t". Additional information on setting up quota values: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1227945 Once the fix has been applied, you will see a reason value of "Quota Exceeded".
