Description of problem:
/ RedHat / Service / Provisioning / Email / ServiceTemplateProvisionRequest_Denied method line 28 accepting wrong number of arguments, accepts 2, needs 3 (reason).

approver_denied_text() is called passing 3 args but method only accepts 2, should accept 3 by the looks of it

Force a provision to be denied as in over allowed quotas.
This issue was resolved in:

. No error seen in logs for a denied provision
