I think it is more related to X11 or X11 Driver issue, I have strange stuff in other apps

Okay, let me know what you find out. I can not reproduce this behavior on either of my Fedora machines, one with Intel graphics and one with Nvidia graphics. I'll repeat the phrase bug 1232628 just to get bugzilla to produce a link. Good luck!
After disabling the Nouveau driver and using the Vesa, not any display issue. You can close it, sorry for the waste of time ...
