catlog items tool tips

Description of problem: Following translation issues have been observed on Services ->Catalogs ->Catalog Items. Please refer attached screenshot and TCMS link https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/run/247967/#caserun_10024976 for more information.

1. On Services -> Catalogs -> Catalog Items page, the strings in configuration drop-down shows strings in English. Please refer attached screenshot 'configuration items'.

2. On the same page, the tool-tips also shows English strings like, history, reload, grid view etc. Please refer attached screenshot 'catlog items tool tips'
