Description of problem:Following translation issues have been observed on Services -> Catalogs -> Orchestration Templates page. Please refer attached screenshot and TCMS link https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/run/247967/#caserun_10000676 for more information.

1. On Services -> Catalogs -> Orchestration Templates page, table headers and pagination information at the bottom in the right side pane are not translated. Please refer attached  screenshot 'table headers'

2. On the same page, the configuration and policy drop downs contain strings in English. Also the tool tips for same items + grid/list views are in English as well. Please refer attached screenshot 'config drop down'.
