This is confusing and makes things more difficult to understand than it necessary. VijayKumar, Could you provide steps to verify this bug ?
Since this is a code level change, I would be able to verify the code level details. Tested the basic functionality of quota with RHGS 3.1 ( el6 base ) and sanity works well. Marking this bug as VERIFIED for sanityonly
Tested with RHGS 3.1 - glusterfs-3.7.1-9.el6rhs
