Description Roberth Sjonøy 2015-07-05 11:13:15 UTC
When I search for something with dnf, and there comes up a long list of packages that match the word search with, it would great that the packages that appears which are allready installed to be marked as installed.
So you can easily figure out what packages are installed what aren't and you don't have to run "dnf info foo" for example to see if it is installed for every single package or trying to install allready installed packages.

you can add ' -v' to cmdline to show from which repos are the packages from. @System repo means they are installed.

I agree with Roberth.
command dnf search <package_name> -v shows whether package is installed.
But output with a set of packages doesn't look like well.

I would like to have an output one row based. Feel free to reopen this bug.
