Description of problem:
userportal doesn't fill value for jsessionid key in [ovirt] section of vv file

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. generate a .vv file in userportal
2. look at jsessionid in [ovirt] section
3.

Actual results:
no usable jsessionid is present

Expected results:
jsession is available and usable

blocks proper testing of bug 975835 and bug 1200103

Verified on rhevm 3.6.0-15

Using user portal, with non admin user.
Checked console.vv file content, jsessionid is present:
