The OOB Metrics portlet shows time instead of oob values.   See the attachments in 1008648.

The related BZ was logged against the SwitchYard plugin :

However, after reviewing the SY code and trying to reproduce, I also see this with the JBoss AS 7 plugin, so I don't believe it's an issue with the SY plugin code.    I think there is something wrong with the rhq portlet doing OOB metrics.

I observed this with jon-server-3.3.0 and the 3.3.0 FSW plugin pack.
