Description of problem: Exceptions hidden when creating exports. For example using the LVMISCSIDriver on RHEL 7, any issues encountered when creating targets via the lioadm helper are swallowed and not acted upon. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): openstack-cinder-2014.1.4-6.el7ost How reproducible: Always. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Force target creation to fail, thrown an exception etc. Actual results: Exception ignored, in the case of LVMISCSIDriver on RHEL 7 an attempt is even made to add an initiator to a target that doesn't exist.
