Description of problem:
I am trying to install RHEVM using hosted-engine over iSCSI, but it is failing before I get the VM with a SUDO error.
I've been able to install using the same infrastructure with NFS.
Infrastructure is for a demolab:
Xeon with 16GB of RAM
Synology providing iSCSI

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEL, ovirt-hosted-engine-setup
2. hosted-engine --deploy
3. Fails after creating the VM
