Description of problem:
We are trying to ship OpenCV 3.0.0 into fedora (See #1230078). The opencfu wont compile with it.

src/processor/headers/Predictor.hpp:23:9: error: 'CvRTrees' does not name a type with OpenCV 3.0.0

It seems that decision trees algorithms was completely rewritten. The patch will be probably complicated.

I would like to track this issue before we ship OpenCV 3.0.0 into Fedora

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.
