Another user experienced a similar problem: Upgraded from Fedora 21 to Fedora 23 using dnf. Nautilus cores! reporter: libreport-2.6.3 backtrace_rating: 4 cmdline: nautilus -n crash_function: finish_adding_new_icons executable: /usr/bin/nautilus global_pid: 3757 kernel: 4.2.3-300.fc23.x86_64 package: nautilus-3.18.1-1.fc23 reason: nautilus killed by SIGABRT runlevel: unknown type: CCpp uid: 70960
Another user experienced a similar problem: Tried to start Gnome in Classic Desktop mode. The journalctl -b command suggested that nautilus --no-default-window --force-desktop crashes when $HOME/Escritorio/WinZip.lnk (generated by WinZip installer under wine) is present. Removing this file seems to avoid the crash. reporter: libreport-2.6.3 backtrace_rating: 4 cmdline: nautilus --no-default-window --force-desktop crash_function: finish_adding_new_icons executable: /usr/bin/nautilus global_pid: 6635 kernel: 4.3.3-303.fc23.x86_64 package: nautilus-3.18.5-1.fc23 reason: nautilus killed by SIGABRT runlevel: N 5 type: CCpp uid: 1000
Given we are going to be moving to fedora24, is it time to close this bug. The reason should be "ignored".
