Description of problem: For ko _KR locale, the alignment on Cluster-->New-->Fencing policy pane needs to be corrected. Please refer attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to RHEVM with ko_KR locale.
2. Go to Cluster-->New-->Fencing policy
3. Observe the text alignment

Actual results:
The alignment looks a bit distorted.

Expected results:
The alignment should be proper.

this is the exact same dialog as the one in bug 1247968 - it is simply reachable from multiple places. closing as duplicate.
