The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Please update SELinux policy to assign the following types to files provided by rh-nginx18 collection:

Is this necessary for RHEL-7.2? Can we move it to 7.3?

If we want to have SELinux policy properly set for rh-nginx18 when the collection is released, we need to have this fixed in RHEL 7.2, and probably RHEL 7.1.z too. I cannot imagine very well this could wait until RHEL 7.3.
