EL <=7.1 does not contain v2 related packages, therefore oVirt can't depend on it and they need to be deployed on host separately

It is expected that those packages are going to be available in CentOS 7.2. Till then this needs to be put into release notes

damn it, 3.5.4 doesn't include v2v integration, sorry for confusion, it doesn't belong there (wiki updated)

we can, supposing we'll keep it in next releases as well all the way till we drop 7.1

Bug tickets that are moved to testing must have target release set to make sure tester knows what to test. Please set the correct target release before moving to ON_QA.
