Taking a snapshot of a VM doesn't clear the pending tasks table once it's done

1.create a snapshot


Actual results:
Taking a snapshot of a VM doesn't clear the pending tasks table once it's done

Expected results:
No Tasks that are done will be shown

this is the same issue as in bug 1211512 and bug 1253338 and bug 1254230
the problem is in the jobs infra, not closing as duplicate just because this is a different flow and i want it to be verified.

since all the bugs this bug depends on are ON_QA/VERIFIED and no new code is added, just verification is needed, moving to ON_QA.
