Gnocchi 1.1 needs this new dependency. Please rebase to the new version >= 1.15.0

Current version is 1.9.3.  This would need to pass regression testing.

fedora/f23 has 1.9.3

fedora/master had 1.12.1 for a while and is currently at 2.4.0 along with python3 and spec file template changes.
