Description of problem:
Openstack Infrastructure provider shows <Unknown> Credentials in the Status box when AMQP credentials are provided

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Infrastructure -> Providers 
2. Click on an Openstack Infra provider 
3.

Actual results:
The Status box shows <Unknown> Credentials

Expected results:
It show AMQP Credentials.

Verified fixed in version 5.5.0.8

Added the Openstack Infrastructure provider with AMQP credentials and checked the Status.
