Created docs pull request: https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/issues/1185 Pulled in https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/1162 and resolved the merge conflict there. Added details from the meeting I had with @mwringe and @spadgett and overhauled the content from matt. Closed #1162 in favour of my new PR1185. Also added notes in a few places about new things you can do from the web console, like: scaling pods, starting deployments, canceling builds, rolling back deployments.
I see a great sentence in your pr, in line 351: You may also want to override the value for `*IMAGE_PREFIX*` to suit your deployment. I think you can add IMAGE_VERSION in it, too. Like: You may also want to override the value for `*IMAGE_PREFIX*` and `*IMAGE_VERSION*` to suit your deployment.
Since no new issue is found about the doc, so move the bug to Verified.
