"Guest info" tab for VM has many fields.
But no one of them have actual info.
All of them have status: Unknown or [N/A]

RHEVM 3.6.0-0.18.el6


* Login to Admin or User portal
* Select VM
* Select "Guest info" tab

Guest systems have necessary guests drivers.

I can reproduce it for guests Win7/RHEL7.2

guest agent installed inside the vm?
what is the status of the vm?
why is this high severity?
please attach logs from engine and host

This to be filled requires on Linux the rhevm-guest-agent-1.0.11 and higher version and on Windows the RHEV Guest Tools 3.6 +

If those are not installed this will not work

For case where Windows 7 64 is a guest, "Guest info" tab has no information at all.
I used RHEV-tools-3.5-9 CD. All tools from above CD are installed.

In case where RHEL 7.2 is a guest, "Guest info" tab has necessary info except
Console User, Client IP.
