Description of problem:

When RHEV-H register to rhevm-3.6.0.3-0.1.el,in "Kdump" page display info "Networking is not configured ,please configured it before......", must change the  TUI page  to “RHEVM”  page，then change the page to “Kdump ” page again ,Kdump can be configured.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. TUI clean install RHEVH. 

2. Login RHEVH, Enable NIC via DHCP and enable ssh.

3. Register to rhevm-3.6.0.3-0.1.el6.

4. Approve the Host.

5. Back to RHEV-H TUI

Actual results:
After step4, host can be up.
after step5，check the “Status” page,the "Networking" item display “Unknown",and enter ”Kdump“ page ,it display info "Networking is not configured ,please configured it before....." ,

Expected results:
After step5,the network info can normal display  and NIC status is correct.
