Description of problem:


undefined method `find' for nil:NilClass [vm/retire] 

When clicking on Lifecycle-> Set retirement dates when navigating from Cloud provider->Instances

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Cloud provider
2.Instances
3.Select a one and click Lifecycle-> Set retirement

Cloud - Instance - Lifecycle - retire this Instance .
Still doesn't work .
Does not do anything .

The message is shown , but nothing else changes for the VM.
The VM kept showing "Power ON" state and Retirement Date kept showing "never " in the summary page of the VM
