Red Hat Bugzilla – Bug 1287815
libffi needs fix for structures not passed in registers
Last modified: 2016-11-04 01:04:46 EDT
Fedora bug 1174037 describes an issue with libffi, which was detected by a test failure in python-2.7.9: "For any 1-16 byte structure not passed in registers, we weren't copying from the object to be passed, but from the array of objects. To obvious ill effect." This same issue affects libffi in RHELSA, and causes the same test failure in EPEL7 python34.
Created attachment 1101589 [details] Patch for rhel-7.3 Scratch build: https://brewweb.devel.redhat.com/taskinfo?taskID=10184305
