Description of problem:
since bz https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1246626 Fedora 23 vdsm depends on policycoreutils-python-utils, but should not depend anymore on policycoreutils-python in F23. 

Introduced in patch https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/48004/2/vdsm.spec.in.

Please put policycoreutils-python as dependency only for non-F23 distros.

why not lukas? we need both in f23. they just splited the core package to 2 from what I've chacked

If the package was indeed split and not just renamed, this won't be a problem in ovirt. Closing as NOTABUG.
