Description of problem: when a monitor server or an osd server is rebooted calamari does not emit an event indicating that the server was rebooted. calamari has to emit an event when a server is rebooted. These are events which calamari can't report, I suggest if you want these events the rhs-controller-agent must report the host reboot and calamari can map host to OSD and MON
Okay, we can get this information directly from rhs-controller-agent. I raised this bug as this seemed to be working before (in calamari master branch). Now in calamari-lite if its not possible to track this its fine.
