Description of problem:

RFE Bug 1205724 introduced the feature where glusterd services are stopped when a host is in maintenance mode. This is not the desired behaviour as reported by users, as the storage may need to be functional when only vdsm maintenance is required.

We need to provide users with an option if glusterd service should be stopped when moving hosts to maintenance mode.

Tested with RHEV 3.6.3.3 and RHGS 3.1.2 RC ( glusterfs-3.7.5-19.el7rhgs )

1. While moving the host in to maintenance, there is a checkbox ( option ) available for stopping gluster services. When checking that glusterfs all gluster services are stopped.

2. Without stopping glusterfs services, only virt services are stopped
