We have "public" external network. 
created router and confiured "public" net port as gateway on the router. 

name space created. 

[root@overcloud-controller-2 ~]# ip netns

[root@overcloud-controller-2 ~]# rpm -qa | grep openstack-neutron-8.1.0-
