Verified on openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-0.8.7-12.el7ost.noarch

The deployment passed successfully and the --wsrep_notify_cmd was not included at the:

/usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/puppet/manifests/overcloud_controller_pacemaker.pp
