During retirement the user that started the retirement should be stored as userid not as user_id
During retirement the userid of the inititator should be stored
as userid and not as user_id.

Verified in 220.127.116.11, the $evm.root['userid'] is set in the context ov VM Retirement AE workflow.
Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a
resolution of ERRATA.
