For all the stack_status with "CREATE_COMPLETE" status, while deleting the overcloud using :

$ heat stack-delete overcloud

There should be a confirmation prompt, something like 

Are you sure you want to delete the overcloud ? (Y/n) : 

This will prevent any user from accidentally deleting OR actually confirming twice before the intended action is to be taken.
