Should disable Containers page in cockpit

Description of problem: Due to we are not supporting container this time, so we should disable containers page in cockpit. oVirt 4.0 Alpha has been released, moving to oVirt 4.0 Beta target.
Verify on rhev-hypervisor7-ng-4.0-20160527.0（cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.10.1-0.0.1.el7ev.noarch). There is no Containers page already.

Can reproduce this bug, so change the status to ASSIGNED.

According to comment 12, add Regression keywords.
Workaround: Don't include the cockpit meta-package, only the specific packages: cockpit-bridge cockpit-networkmanager cockpit-shell cockpit-storaged cockpit-ws We need to have a fixme pointing to the right bug.
It's actually a change to cockpit-ovirt.
