Description of problem:

When connecting from a user portal to the VM, the viewer opens in full screen by default.

The default value of "Open In Full Screen" in the SPICE option is active.
The customer wants to be configurable to the default value.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

  * RHEV User Portal

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to User Portal.
2. Specify Basic(not Extended) interface.
3. Select any VM.
4. Click "SPICE(edit)" on the right pane.
5. Take look at the check box with "Open In Full Screen".

Actual results:

  It is checked by default.

Expected results:

  It is configurable to checked it by default.

This issue has been already implemented in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1121653 and will be delivered in 4.0. @kyoneyama: Could you please check if it cowers the use case and if yes, close this issue?
