Description Eric Jones 2016-04-12 23:03:59 UTC
- What is the nature and description of the request?
As an developer I require the ability to deploy my application and have one RC, and when I make changes to the dc or rc and it deploys as a newer version to still only have one RC.

- Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Because leaving old RC's behind creates clutter in the environment and when you have Resource Quota's on projects, these old RCs are included in the RC count for the quota.

- How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
Either delete the old RC after the pod becomes stable, or after a set (changeable) period of time, or just immediately.

- For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.
Deploy a pod, make changes and have the number of RCs always return to 1.

- Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?
Not that I could find.
