import dialog fails

Description of problem:

5.6.0.1-beta2.20160413141124_e25ac0e 

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Automate->Customization->Import/Export  
2.Choose file and Upload


Actual results:
When you Upload file.It gives flash message " Import file was uploaded successfully " but actually no service Dialog gets imported


Expected results:
After clicking on Upload button imported dialog must be displayed.

I can't seem to reproduce this issue on master. Can you try this on the next beta build and see if it has been resolved? If not, please upload the import file that you're using to test so I can see if maybe something is going wrong there.

Import Service Dialog is successful.

Verified in version: 5.6.0.4-beta2.3.20160421172650_719e256
