Tim, only trivial changes are necessary for PyMOL to be updated to 1.8.2.1, which would be much appreciated by the members of my lab, as is your work so far. :-) I have provided a working spec file above, which updates to 1.8.2.1 and fixes some warnings regarding changelog.
