Description of problem:
Resynthesizer has new upstream maintainer along a new website located at Github.
Current version of Fedora package still uses the old website and package so it will be nice to be up to date with upstream containing several fixes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install gimp-resynthesizer

Actual results:
gimp-resynthesizer is currently 0.16

Expected results:
gimp-resynthesizer should match upstream version (currently 2.0)

Since Design Suite is using this plugin, it will be nice the fix comes before the general release of Fedora 24. Assigning to urgent in that case.
